Study on Robust Optimization of Grid Hosting Capacity Considering Connections of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
Currently prevailing electric grid hosting capacity robust optimization methods does not consider the impact of connections of electric vehicle charging stations,resulting in inadequacies in reducing short-term load rate and maintaining hosting capacity,and thereby are unsatisfactory in optimization utility.This work preliminarily proposed a robust optimi-zation method for electric grid hosting capacity considering EV charging stations.The main efforts entailed the establish-ment of a multi-objective optimization function with the objectives of minimum voltage overlimit rate,minimum network loss and minimum short-term load rate,the robust optimization modeling of grid hosting capacity by combining the objec-tive function with the robust optimization requirements and the constraint conditions of grid's power balance,capacity and voltage,and the solution of the model using particle swarm optimization algorithm which obtained robust optimization scheme of grid hosting capacity.The application of the designed optimization method was indicated by experiment to a-chieve effective reduction in short-time load rate and improvement in grid hosting capacity.
