摘要

针对大量电动汽车随意连接到电网中,可能会对电网造成重大影响的问题,需研究协调控制策略,合理调度电动汽车和电网之间的能量交换,以减轻电动汽车充电对电网的不利影响,并利用电动汽车的储能特性支持分布式发电系统.为此提出了一种基于 V2G技术的混合供电系统负载均衡方法,根据不同时间段电网负荷特性制定充电站充电策略,以有效解决电动汽车充电对电网的冲击,并通过电力线载波通信技术简化系统结构,提高系统可靠性.最后,通过仿真验证了所提出的控制策略和采用的电力线载波通信技术的有效性.

Abstract

Large-scale and stochastic connection of electric vehicles may bring about a significant impact on the grid.Therefore it is necessary to study coordinated control strategies and rationally schedule EVs-grid energy exchanges,so as to alleviate the adverse effects of electric vehicle charging on the grid,and to utilize the energy storage characteristics of e-lectric vehicles to support distributed generation systems.This paper proposes a load balancing method for a hybrid power supply system based on V2 G technology.The method formulates charging strategies for charging stations based on the load characteristics of the grid at different time periods,which can effectively address the impact of electric vehicle char-ging on the grid,and simplify the system structure through power line carrier communication technology,thus improving system reliability.The proposed strategy and method are verified to be effective.
