Charging Facility Capacity Determination in Orderly Charging Strategy for Apartment Complexes
Load of electric vehicle charge features time and spatial uncertainties compared with conventional load types in distributing networks.And if EV charge load is treated using conventional distributing capacity methods,it will cause im-proper increase of electric distributing facilities in apartment complexes,and consequently,reduced utilization efficiency of distributing facilities,and unnecessary addition and low cost-effectiveness of construction investment.This essay outlines a charging facility capacity determination method for orderly EV charge in apartment complexes.The method determines the model parameters by analyzing the status of charging facilities and the total electric load condition to rationally balance the relationship between charging demand and distribution capacity.The essay also briefly reports the results of case applica-tion of the method.
