Design and Implementation of IGBT Driver Circuit for High Power Induction Heating Source
Driving signal synchronization of IGBT module is the important factor to the current sharing of parallel connec-tion.An IGBT driving circuit was designed for on the 1000 kW parallel resonant induction heating power source.First two IGBT drive signals of inverter bridge were generated by DSP.Second the overlapping time of signals was determined by gate circuit,and the signals were expanded to 24 channel by fast driving.Finally the power amplification and isolation of driving signal and overcurrent protection of IGBT were achieved by 2SP0115T2C0 driver module and its peripheral circuit.The designed driving circuit was indicated by actual test to have satisfactory synchronization of driving signal,to achieve a maximum inter-signal delay time of 20 ns,and thereby to be helpful in subsequent engineering design.
