Study on Risk Level Quantification and Early Warning Mechanism for Safety Prevention and Control of Distributing Network Operations
Distributing networks compose an important part of the electric system which participate in power transmission and distribution,and therefore,face high incidence of safety events and a series of risk factors.Inspired by a review of rel-evant domestic research,the distributing network risks were stratified into operational risks and dynamic risks according to operational task and operational process feature.First the hazardous points and risk factors in the distribution operation process were analyzed.Then the distributions and characteristics of physical variable field and risk field were studied.Fi-nally a dynamic risk assessment model was proposed,which quantified the risk level,formed a graded real-time multi-sig-nal-linkage warning mechanism,and exhibited the potential of promoting risk control in distributing operations.
