摘要

为保证断路器防跳回路正确可靠,在断路器投产前需进行防跳试验.介绍断路器操作箱防跳及机构箱本体防跳两种防跳方式的原理,分析合位防跳试验与分位防跳试验的步骤与目的,提出断路器防跳回路验收注意事项,对变电站现场实际验收工作具有一定参考价值.

Abstract

In order to ensure the correctness and reliability of anti-bouncing circuits,anti-bouncing test needs to be carried out before the initial production of circuit breakers.This paper clarifies the principles of two anti-bouncing modes,i.e.,an-ti-bouncing via operation box and via in-situ mechanism box,analyzes the steps and objectives of the opening and closure anti-bouncing tests,and puts forward the precautions for the pre-acceptance check.The paper provides useful information for enhancing substation on-site pre-acceptance check practices in the future.
