摘要

由于导线的垂直荷载和应力计算公式繁琐复杂,带电更换输电线路绝缘子工作中,作业人员无法及时得出所需垂直荷载和应力而选择合适的承力工具.以带电更换 220 kV绝缘子工作为例,对承力工具进行力学分析,提出利用估算法来计算承力工具所受拉力,简单有效地计算出作业点导线的垂直荷载和应力.

Abstract

In the work of live replacement of transmission line insulators,due to the complicated calculation formula of line vertical load and stress,it will take much time for the operators to calculate the vertical load and stress required for selecting appropriate bearing tools needed.Taking the work of replacing 220 kV insulators as an example,this essay per-forms a mechanical analysis of the load-bearing tool.It then puts forward an estimation method to calculate the tension of the tool which can simply and effectively obtain vertical load and stress of the line at the working point.
