基于PLC的风力发电变桨控制系统的研究与设计

风机叶片在不同风速下准确、可靠变桨,是保证风力发电机经济运行的关键.设计了基于PLC的风力发电变桨控制系统.该系统由PLC控制,根据风速仪测得的风速值,PLC发送对应的模拟量给3个桨叶的驱动器,驱动器进而分别控制变桨电机来同步调整桨叶的桨距角.通过调节风机的桨距角可以控制风轮对风能的吸收,从而提高发电机运行效率.
PLC-based Pitch Control System for Wind Generations
Realizing accurate and reliable pitch control of blades according to varying wind speed is crucial to ensuring eco-nomic operation of wind turbines.This essay outlines the design of a PLC-based pitch control system.The system was de-signed to send analog signals to the drivers of the three blades through programmable logic controller(PLC)calculated from anemometer-monitored wind speed value,enabling driver-based synchronous control of pitch angle adjusting motor.This was expected to further facilitate tunable utilization of wind energy and improved turbine efficiency.
