摘要

讲述了城东水厂的PLC控制系统建成背景及现阶段使用中存在的问题,对老旧自控系统进行升级改造,选用SIMATIC S7西门子PLC控制器替换旧的施耐德昆腾系列和M340系列PLC,优化控制程序,增加了上位机控制点,增加部分末端站点与主站相互通信,增强了整个水厂的可操作性,为水厂PLC改造和新建水厂PLC自控系统提供参考.

Abstract

This paper describes the background of the completion of the PLC control system of Chengdong Water Plant and the problems existing in the current use.The old automatic control system is upgraded and reformed.SIMATIC S7 Si-emens PLC controller is selected to replace the old Schneider Kunten series and M340 series PLC,optimize the control program,and add the control point of the upper computer.Increasing the communication between some end stations and main stations enhances the operability of the whole water plant,and provides a reference for the PLC transformation and the new water plant PLC automatic control system.
