摘要

风电机组运行环境恶劣,传动链是风机系统传递动能的关键组件,其安全性至关重要.在建立风机传动链状态监测与故障诊断系统方面展开研究,采用嵌入式采集模块和振动传感器对传动链进行数据采集,搭建了嵌入式风机传动链状态监测系统.

Abstract

Wind turbines generally work under harsh operating environment.Drivetrains are key components of wind tur-bines for transferring kinetic energy,and their safety is of crucial importance.This work made a preliminary attempt to establish a wind turbine drivetrain condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system.The system was established and de-signed to collect data from the drivetrain through the embedded acquisition module and vibration sensors.
