摘要
为提升浮选工艺中药剂添加的精准性,采用工艺流程参数方法,设计出自动加药系统,并通过实验验证系统的有效性.该系统能够确保药剂添加量的准确性和合理性,有效避免了药剂的浪费,降低了生产成本.通过与上级控制系统的融合,该系统能够实现与选厂中央控制室指令和信息的交互,提高了生产效率.
Abstract
Aiming at improving the precision of reagent dosing in flotation processes,the present work made a preliminary attempt to design an automatic dosing system,determine relevant parameters,and verify its effectiveness.The results in-dicated that the system could ensure the precision and rationality of reagent dosage,effectively avoid waste,and reduce production cost.By integrating with the higher-level control system,this design can achieve instruction and information in-teraction with central control room of the flotation plant,improving production efficiency.
