针对海量控制数据管理面临的挑战,构建一套融合云储存的三层架构电气自动化控制系统.该系统采用了自适应控制算法、小波变换数据压缩、知识图谱等技术.实验结果表明,系统的控制稳态误差降至±0.5%以内,数据压缩率达到70%,工况预测准确率达到96%,为工业生产的智能化精细化控制提供了新思路.
The Application of Cloud Storage Technology in Electrical Automation Control
A three-tier architecture electrical automation control system that integrates cloud storage has been developed to address the challenges faced by managing massive control data.The system adopts adaptive control algorithms,wavelet transform data compression,knowledge graph and other technologies.The experimental results show that the steady-state control error of the system has been reduced to within±0.5%,the data compression rate has reached 70%,and the accu-racy of working condition prediction has reached 96%,providing new ideas for intelligent and refined control of industrial production.
