为提高监控工作效率和质量,减轻监控值班员工作压力,设计了一种基于人工智能的电网监控助手系统.首先概括了当前变电站监控系统平台技术现状与不足;然后介绍了监控助手的总体架构并研究了部署在应用层的智能巡检中心、业务监管中心、评价培训中心的功能和技术方案;最后进行了系统的功能测试,并对应用后的效果进行了分析,结果表明该系统能够有效提高信息监控及时率,可较好地辅助监控员快速、精准处置异常信号.
Artificial Intelligence-based Power Grid Monitoring Aid Tool
In order to improve monitoring efficiency and quality and alleviate monitoring personnel's burden,an artificial intelligence-based power grid monitoring aid tool is designed in this work.First the situation and deficiencies of the tech-nology related to substation monitoring platform are summarized.Then the overall architecture of the aid tool is outlined,and the functions and technical solutions of the smart inspection center,business supervision center,and evaluation train-ing center deployed in the applicative layer are studied.Finally the functional test and applicative performance analysis are carried out.The results show that the application of the aid tool can effectively improve the timeliness of information mo-nitoring,and better assist relevant personnel to quickly and accurately deal with abnormal signals.
