双馈型风电变流器控制系统国产化研究

分析了双馈风电机组的运行特性以及风电变流器的控制原理,针对风电变流器控制系统提出了一整套硬件替代和集成方案,优化并简化了变流器控制系统电路板的结构设计,大幅度缩减了元器件的数量,降低了成本和故障率,同时优化了控制系统参数.该方案实现了对科孚德等国际主流品牌风电变流器控制系统的改造,成功通过了 240 h工程试运行.工程实践证明该方案稳定性好、可靠性高,控制性能完全能够满足风电机组的运行需求.
Research on Domestication of Control System for Wind-power Converter
In this paper,the operating characteristics of DFIG and the control principle of wind-power converters were an-alyzed.A hardware replacement and integration scheme is proposed for the wind power inverter control system,which op-timizes and simplifies the structural design of the inverter control system circuit board,significantly reduces the number of components,and lowers cost investment and failure rate.At the same time,the control system parameters were opti-mized.This scheme has achieved the transformation of control systems for internationally renowned wind-power converters such as Converteam,and has successfully passed 240 hours of engineering operation.Engineering practice has proven that this scheme has good stability,high reliability,and control performance that can fully meet the operational re-quirements of wind turbines.
