为了满足介电弹性体对电压的需求,设计了一种以STM32作为控制核心的高压电源.采用外围元件少、电路结构简单、转换效率高的DC/DC降压型转换器作为功能核心.STM32通过调整电位器的阻值变化以及控制占空比的大小来改变输入高频变压器的电压并驱动变压器.通过ADC采集电压和电流,用DMA进行数据搬运并发送到显示屏OLED显示当前数值.实际的电压输出可以通过串口进行调节,操作简单、应用性强.
Design of STM32-based Adjustable High-voltage Driving Power Source for Dielectric Elastomer Actuators
In order to meet the voltage requirements of dielectric elastomers,a high-voltage power source with STM32 as the control core was designed.The power source employed a DC/DC buck converter featuring fewer peripheral compo-nents,simple circuit structure,and high conversion efficiency as the functional core.STM32 changed the voltage input to the high-frequency transformer and drove the transformer by adjusting the resistance change of the potentiometer and con-trolling the size of the duty cycle.The voltage and current data was acquired through ADC and was transferred using DMA to the OLED display screen.The actual voltage output could be adjusted through a serial port,with simple operation and strong applicability.
