Abstract
This paper mainly discusses the company's in-service quay crane according to the on-site use and the safety op-eration requirements,and proposes the transformation plan entailing improving the emergency operation mode of the trol-ley towing cable breakage,simplifying the repair process,and improving the fault response speed.
