提出了一种基于鲸鱼优化算法优化的长短期记忆网络(LSTM)模型,用于含储能系统的分布式能源微电网优化控制.首先,构建了一个含储能系统的分布式能源微电网架构,描述了系统的组成及其运行机制.然后,建立了一款基于 WOA优化的优化 LSTM模型,并论述其在微电网优化控制中的应用.最后,通过实验验证了 WOA 优化LSTM模型的有效性,结果表明该模型在训练集和测试集上的控制跟踪效果均优于传统 LSTM算法.
This paper proposes a Whale Optimization Algorithm(WOA)-optimized Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)model for optimizing control of distributed energy microgrids with energy storage systems.First,a distributed energy mi-crogrid architecture with an energy storage system is designed and constructed,detailing the system's components and op-erational mechanisms.Secondly,the LSTM model and its application in microgrid optimization control are introduced,and the WOA algorithm is used to optimize the LSTM model.Finally,a series of experiments validate the effectiveness of the WOA-optimized LSTM model,demonstrating that the model's control tracking performance in both training and test datasets outperforms traditional LSTM algorithms.
