多段半控桥式整流电路谐波电流及功率因数对比分析

功率因数和谐波电流是衡量相控电力机车牵引系统性能的重要指标,为提高功率因数和降低谐波电流,国产相控电力机车牵引系统多采用多段半控桥式整流电路.采用 MATLAB/Simulink建立了二段半控桥式和三段不等分半控桥式整流电路仿真模型,对交流侧的谐波电流进行了分析,并根据仿真得到的电流波形畸变率(THD)和相位系数,对比分析了二段半控桥式整流电路和三段不等分半控桥式整流电路的功率因数.
Comparative Analysis of Harmonic Current and Power Factor of Multi-segment Semi-controlled Bridge Rectifier Circuits
Power factor and harmonic current are important indexes to measure the performance of the traction system of the phase-controlled electric locomotive,in order to improve the power factor and reduce the harmonic current,the do-mestic phase-controlled electric locomotive traction system mostly adopts the multi-segment semi-controlled bridge rectifier circuit.In this paper,MATLAB/Simulink is used to establish the simulation model of two-section semi-controlled bridge rectifier circuit and three-section unequal semi-controlled bridge rectifier circuit to analyze the harmonic currents on the AC side,and analyze the power factor of the two-section semi-controlled bridge rectifier circuit and the three-section unequal semi-controlled bridge rectifier circuit according to the comparison of the THD and phase coefficient of the simula-ted current waveforms.
