基于PWM+PSM的双有源桥串联谐振变换器的研究

为了实现双有源桥串联谐振变换器(DBSRC)的宽范围输入输出,提高变换器的可靠性及输出效率,提出了一种脉宽调制+移相调制的混合控制方式.采用基波分析法,以减小谐振腔电流有效值为目标进行优化,并在此基础上建立其小信号模型,实现输出电压电流的闭环控制.搭建了一台输入 400 V、输出 220~480 V、满载 6.6kW的电动汽车车载充电机(OBC)实验样机,并通过实验验证了理论分析和控制策略的可行性和有效性.
PWM Plus Phase-shift Control-based Dual-active-bridge Series Resonant Converter
To realize a wide input and output voltage range of dual-active-bridge series resonant converter(DBSRC)and improve the converter's reliability and efficiency,a control method with the hybridization of pulse width modulation(PWM)and phase-shift modulation(PSM)was proposed.The fundamental wave analysis method was used to optimize the resonant tank current by reducing its RMS value,and its small-signal model was established,which was expected to facilitate close-loop control of output voltage and current.n experimental prototype with 400 V input,220~480 V output and full load of 6.6 kW was built for verification experiment,which indicated the feasibility and effectiveness of the theo-retical analysis and the control strategy.
