Research and Practice of Grid Planning Evaluation System in the Context of New Power Systems
As the construction of new power systems progresses,the scale of grid construction is rapidly expanding,and the index system of grid planning urgently needs to be updated,introducing new indicators such as the penetration rate of new energy.This paper is based on the commonly used indicators in the guidelines for grid planning and design in the pow-er industry,and selects the main indicators related to four key areas:clean and low-carbon,safe and reliable,flexible in-teraction,and transparent and efficient.Through examples,these indicators are verified to identify possible gaps,thereby determining the key direction of grid development.
