考虑风电不确定性的机组组合对于电力系统安全稳定运行至关重要.针对风电不确定性带来的影响,构建了含风电的机组组合模型.首先介绍了风电出力场景生成方法,使用 Copula 函数生成风电场出力场景,采用 K-Means聚类算法对场景数据进行聚类,获取典型风电出力场景.其次构建了系统随机机组组合模型,以生成的风电场景数据为基础,机组总运行成本最小化为目标函数,考虑功率平衡约束、传统发电单位约束等约束条件,采用随机优化的方法进行求解,获取运行成本最小的机组组合策略.最后通过算例分析,验证了所提模型可根据不同风电场景安排机组组合策略,达到最小化运行成本的目的,且能合理安排机组启停和出力,在保证系统稳定的前提下提高经济性.
Stochastic Unit Commitment of Power Systems Considering Wind Power Uncertainty
Stochastic unit commitment considering the uncertainty of wind power is very important for the safe and stable operation of power systems.In view of the influence of wind power uncertainty,this paper proposes a unit commitment model including wind power uncertainty.Firstly,wind power scenario generation is introduced.Copula function is used to generate wind power output scenarios,and K-Means clustering algorithm is used to cluster scenario data to obtain typical wind power output scenario.Secondly,a stochastic unit commitment model is proposed.Based on the generated wind pow-er scenario data,the total operating cost of the unit is minimized,and constraints such as conventional power unit con-straints and power balance constraints are considered.Finally,a numerical example analysis is carried out,and the results verify that the proposed model can arrange the unit combination strategy according to different wind power scenarios,min-imize the operational costs,and can reasonably arrange the unit start-stop and output conditions,and improve the econo-my and stability of the system.
