Study on Management of Big User Access by Power Grid Enterprises Under New Power Systems
In view of the influence of big user load on the stability of power grid, three reliability evaluation indexes were proposed:annual failure frequency of load point, annual failure duration of load point and average supply availability. In DigSILENT/PowerFactory simulation software, equivalent models of power grids of various voltage levels were estab-lished,and reliability parameters and outage arrangements of power grids in the vicinity of big user substations were set up.Taking a big user in a coastal city as an example, the reliability indexes of interface substations between big user sub-stations and near-area power grids were simulated and calculated in the year of initial operation and five years later. The results showed that the reliability evaluation results of the near-area power grid of big user substations under the back-ground of new power system can provide technical support for power grid enterprises to make decision management for the access of big users to the power system.
