针对配电网在接入分布式电源(Distributed Generation,DG)后所带来的可靠性、选择性问题,为保证配电网供电系统的安全稳定运行,设计了一种基于面向通用对象的变电站事件(Generic Object Oriented Substation Events,GOOSE)通信的智能分布式保护系统.该系统通过 GOOSE信号对配电网进行上、下分级处理,实现故障就近切除隔离的防越级跳闸功能.此外,系统配置暂态首半波能量法来实现小电流接地选线功能,能有效解决不接地系统发生单相接地故障后选线困难的问题.经过仿真模拟及现场试验表明,该系统能可靠防止越级跳闸及准确地进行单相接地选线,有效提高配电网供电可靠性.
Intelligent Distributed Protection System Based on GOOSE Communication
In response to the reliability and selectivity issues brought by the integration of Distributed Generation(DG)in-to the distribution network,and to ensure the safe and stable operation of the distribution network power supply system,this paper designs an intelligent distributed protection system based on General Object Oriented Substation Events(GOOSE)communication.The system uses GOOSE signals to perform hierarchical processing on the distribution net-work,achieving nearby disconnection,fault isolation,and preventing overstep tripping.In addition,the system adopts the transient first half wave energy method to achieve the small current grounding line selection function,which can effective-ly solve the problem of difficult line selection after single-phase grounding faults occur in ungrounded systems.The experi-ment shows that the system can effectively prevent the occurrence of overstep tripping accidents,and reliably select grounding lines when single-phase grounding,improving power supply reliability.
