配电网故障行波波头标定是故障定位工作中不可或缺的一环.为解决行波波头难以识别的问题,提出了一种采用自适应噪声的内在计算表达式经验模态分解和希尔伯特变换相结合的波头标定算法(ICEEMDAN-Hilbert).首先利用 ICEEMDAN分解故障信号,从中提取高频固有模态函数分量;其次利用 Hilbert 变换提取模态分量信号的瞬时频率,根据第一个瞬时频率的奇异点位置确定配电网故障行波的到达时刻;最后根据双端定位原理计算故障发生位置.通过在 10kV配电线路故障实际案例中的应用,验证了该算法的可行性和准确性.
Fault Location of 10 kV Distribution Line Based on ICEEMDAN-Hilbert
The calibration of fault traveling wave head in distribution network is an indispensable part of fault location.In order to solve the difficulty in identifying the traveling wave head,a new wave head calibration algorithm is proposed,which combines the empirical mode decomposition and the ICEEMDAN-Hilbert.First,ICEEMDAN is used to decompose the fault signal and extract the high frequency inherent modal function component from it.Secondly,Hilbert transform is used to extract the instantaneous frequency of the modal component signal,and the arrival time of the fault traveling wave in the distribution network is determined according to the singularity position of the first instantaneous frequency.Finally,the fault location is calculated according to the two-terminal location principle.The feasibility and accuracy of the algo-rithm are verified by the application in the actual case of 10 kV distribution line fault.
