摘要

提出并建设了基于激光 LiDAR的电力工程勘测与施工验收及智能巡检分析平台,旨在促进输电线路设计、建设和维护等全生命周期的数字化和科学管理.通过激光点云数据实现输电线路及通道的三维复现.基于 PCL 库、OpenCV库以及机器学习等开发输电线路各类智能分析算法.同时,利用 QT 及 CloudCompare 构建和实现了所提出的分析平台.

Abstract

Focusing on electric power projects,the present work made a preliminary attempt to propose and implement a laser LiDAR-based analysis platform integrating the functions of survey,pre-acceptance check,and intelligent inspection,with the aim of facilitating digitalization and scientific management in the aspects such as design,construction,and main-tenance during whole life time of transmission lines.Three-dimensional reproduction of transmission lines and channels was realized through laser point cloud data,and all kinds of intelligent analysis algorithms of transmission lines were de-veloped based on PCL library,OpenCV library and machine learning.Moreover,QT and CloudCompare were employed to establish and implement the proposed platform.
