电网低碳转型对实现双碳目标至关重要.随着可再生能源占比提升,其并网和消纳给电力系统各环节带来新挑战,成本上升.同时,宏观经济压力、电量增速减缓及电改叠加,使电网企业盈利空间受限,经营风险和安全风险增加,因此对电网绿色低碳转型项目进行经济安全性评估至关重要.基于层次分析法构建安全可靠、经济高效、清洁低碳的中压配电网评估模型,支撑电网高质量发展,指导低碳转型,实现绿色发展及高效运行.
Construction and Application of the Mid-voltage Distribution Network Evaluation Model Based on the Safe Economy Low-carbon
The low-carbon transformation of the power grid is crucial for achieving the dual carbon goals.With the in-crease in the proportion of renewable energy,its grid connection and consumption bring new challenges to various aspects of the power system,resulting in rising costs.At the same time,macroeconomic pressure,slowing electricity growth rate,and the combination of electricity reform have limited the profit margins of power grid enterprises,increasing opera-tional and safety risks.Therefore,it is crucial to conduct an economic security assessment on the green and low-carbon transformation projects of the power grid.This article is based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process to construct a safe,reli-able,economically efficient,clean,and low-carbon medium voltage distribution network evaluation model,supporting the high-quality development of the power grid,guiding low-carbon transformation,and achieving green development and effi-cient operation.
