摘要

随着气候变化的影响日益显著,输电线路覆冰问题对电力系统的稳定运行构成了严重威胁.为了有效监测、预警输电线路覆冰的情况,提出了建立基于数字孪生技术的输电线路覆冰动态监测预警系统.该系统能够在虚拟空间中构建输电线路的数字孪生体并嵌入覆冰与预警模型,对输电线路的覆冰情况实施实时监测与动态预警,以便电力调度人员及时获取相关的监控预警信息,从而降低覆冰事故的风险.

Abstract

With the increasingly significant impact of climate change,transmission line icing poses a serious threat to the stable operation of the power system.In order to effectively monitor and early warning the situation of transmission line ice cover,a dynamic monitoring and early warning system based on digital twin technology is proposed as a countermeas-ure.The system can create the digital twin of transmission lines in virtual space and embed the ice-covering and early-warning model to implement real-time monitoring and dynamic early-warning for the ice-covering of transmission lines.To obtain relevant monitoring and early warning information for power dispatching personnel in time,so as to reduce the risk of icing accidents.
