输电线路特大型跨越工程多支点组塔施工方法研究

特大型输电线路大跨越组塔、架线的施工技术作为施工过程的关键技术,存在跨越耐张段长、施工难度大等问题.为保证大跨越项目施工的安全、高效、有序实施,开展了特大型输电线路大跨越组塔、架线施工关键技术的研究.首先,针对特大跨越工程实际工况提出了"履带吊+全落地式双平臂抱杆"的多支点方案,基于此方案进行大型组塔抱杆附着与江中组塔专用平台的研究;其次,通过理论计算对比分析了不同组塔方案下抱杆附着的稳定性,并优化了抱杆附着间距;最后,采用有限元方法分析了江中组塔专用平台的合理性,考虑平台施工与使用过程中的不利荷载,确定了钢护筒为主、钢管桩为辅的固定式钻孔平台方案.
Research on Assembling Towers Construction of Transmission Lines Super Large Crossing Project Based on Multi-pivots Method
As a key technology in the construction process,the construction technology of large span tower and overhead transmission lines has problems such as long span and high construction difficulty.In order to ensure the safe,efficient,and orderly implementation of the construction of large-scale transmission line crossing projects,this article conducts re-search on key technologies for tower assembly and overhead line construction of super large transmission lines.Firstly,a multi support scheme of"crawler crane+fully floor mounted double arm suspension pole"was proposed for the actual working conditions of the super large crossing project.Based on this scheme,research was conducted on the attachment of large tower assembly suspension poles and the special platform for tower assembly in the river;Secondly,the stability of pole attachment under different tower grouping schemes was compared and analyzed through theoretical calculations,and the attachment spacing of poles was optimized;Finally,the rationality of the Jiangzhong Tower Assembly Special Plat-form was analyzed using finite element method.Considering the adverse loads during platform construction and use,a fixed drilling platform scheme with steel casing as the main component and steel pipe piles as the auxiliary was deter-mined.
