摘要
依据电网调控运行管理规程制定变电站启动送电方案,不仅要满足规程相关管理规定,也要保证在运电网的稳定以及新投运设备的安全,需要调度、运行、调试等技术管理人员协调配合,按照送电程序逐步操作.结合 1 座新建的 66kV施工变电站,分析启动送电方案的操作前应具备的条件、运行方式、操作程序、注意事项等,以期为其他新建或改造变电站送电提供参考.
Abstract
According to the regulation and operation management regulations of the power grid,the starting power trans-mission scheme of the substation is formulated,which not only meets the relevant management provisions of the regula-tions,but also ensures the stability of the power grid and the safety of the new equipment,which requires the coordination and cooperation of technical management personnel such as dispatching,operation and commissioning,and gradually oper-ates in accordance with the power transmission procedures.Combined with a newly built 66 kV construction substation,this paper discusses the conditions,operation mode,operation procedure,precautions and so on before starting the power transmission scheme,so as to provide a reference for other newly built or reformed substations.
