摘要

针对石化装置厂建设规模日趋庞大,低压配电系统电缆表和电气材料表等设计中存在大量重复繁琐工作的特点,利用Excel自带函数及VBA语言编程辅助设计的方法,将负荷计算、电缆选型、材料统计等工作交予Excel和VBA程序自动化完成.实际项目设计过程证明,利用Excel函数和 VBA编程可以极大地提高配电设计人员的工作效率,并对项目成果输出的统一性和完整性起到了作用.

Abstract

With the increasing scale of construction for petrochemical plant facilities,there is a significant amount of re-petitive and intricate work involved in the tabulation of low-voltage distribution system's cables and electrical materials.Utilizing Excel's built-in functions and VBA programming,the approach delegates tasks such as load calculations,cable selection,and material inventory to automation within Excel.The practical process of project design has proven that utili-zing Excel functions and VBA programming can greatly enhance the efficiency of distribution design personnel,while also contribute to the consistency and completeness of project outcomes.
