摘要

由于人群体脂、血管的差异,实习护士静脉注射技术熟练度存在差异等原因,一些特殊人群或在特殊场合下完成静脉穿刺打开静脉通路的成功率偏低.为了提高静脉穿刺的成功率,以香橙派作为处理中心,结合图像采集、处理和投影三个模块设计出静脉注射辅助装置,并优化设计了简单便于携带的结构.经过实验验证,该装置能够在静脉注射过程中准确清晰地显示出静脉血管的位置,辅助完成注射,提高静脉穿刺的成功率,帮助护士提高业务能力,减少患者痛苦,改善医患关系.

Abstract

Due to the differences in lipids and blood vessels of human groups,and the differences in the proficiency of in-travenous injection techniques of practical nurses,the success rate of completing venipuncture to open the venous access is low for some special groups of people or on special occasions.In order to improve the success rate of venous puncture,this paper takes the orange pie as the processing center,combines the three modules of image acquisition,processing and pro-jection to design an intravenous injection assistant device,and optimizes the design of a simple and portable structure.Af-ter experimental verification,the device can accurately and clearly display the location of venous vessels during intravenous injection,assist in completing the injection,improve the success rate of venipuncture,help nurses to improve their busi-ness ability,reduce the pain of patients,and improve the doctor-patient relationship.
