通过带电检测可以判断变压器、电缆中间接头以及电缆终端等设备运行状态,提前发现设备内部缺陷造成的局部放电现象,可有效避免故障发生.基于某 220 kV户外电缆终端带电检测时发现异常放电信号的现象,分析了高频局放检测及振荡波试验结果,并开展了试验室离线试验及解体检查,同时对局放异常信号以及解体过程中发现的粉末状附着物、半导电颗粒等异常现象进行了分析,最终判定电缆终端施工不良为缺陷主要原因.
Based on the Partial Discharge Live Detection and Test Analysis of 220 kV Cable Terminal Defect Time Difference
The running state of power installations such as transformers,cable joint as well as cable terminal can be judged by live-line detection,the breakdown of power installations can be avoided by discovering the partial discharge caused by internal defects through this way.Based on the abnormal discharge signals detected on the 220 kV cable termi-nal,the brief basic information was described first in this paper.The live-line detection and test results were presented ac-cording to the high frequency detection and oscillatory wave test instruments.Then the off-line laboratory test and disas-sembly test were carried out and then the abnormal partial discharge signals and abnormal phenomena such as powdered attachment and semi-conducting partical founded during disintegration were analyzed in detail.Finally,comprehensive a-nalysis ascribes this cable terminal defect to the construction technology faultiness.
