基于经济性的强腐蚀地区特高压输电线路基础研究

甘肃地区强腐蚀土壤典型性强,因此在机械化施工大力推广应用、环水保要求逐步提高的背景下,其基础选型研究意义重大.结合防腐措施、施工工艺以及基础型式特点,比较了适用基础的设计施工特点,同时对典型地质、典型直流特高压输电线路杆塔的典型基础方案进行对比,并进一步结合相应定额进行经济性分析研究,建议在有水的地质条件下应优先选用防腐布袋灌注桩基础,以提升机械化施工效率、缩短施工时间、保障防腐性能、降低施工风险.研究成果突破了特高压线路设计传统强腐蚀情况下优先选用板式基础的固有思路,对于直流特高压输电线路在强腐蚀地区的基础选型具有指导意义.
Research on DC UHV Transmission Line Foundation in Highly Corrosive Areas Based on Economy
The highly corrosive soil in gansu province region has strong typicality,especially in the context of the vigorous promotion and application of mechanized construction and the gradual improvement of environmental and water conserva-tion requirements.Therefore,the research on foundation selection is of great significance.This article compares the design and construction characteristics of applicable foundations based on anti-corrosion measures,construction processes,and foundation types.At the same time,typical foundation schemes for typical geological and DC ultra-high voltage transmis-sion line towers are compared in design,and further economic analysis and research are conducted based on corresponding quotas.It is recommended that anti-corrosion bag pile foundations should be prioritized in geological conditions with water,which can improve the efficiency of mechanized construction,shorten construction time,ensure anti-corrosion per-formance,and reduce construction risks.The research results have broken through the inherent idea of prioritizing the use of slab foundations in the design of ultra-high voltage transmission lines under strong corrosion conditions,and have guid-ing significance for the selection of foundations for direct current ultra-high voltage transmission lines in strong corrosion areas.
