摘要

针对永磁同步电机驱动系统在功率开关元件发生开路故障时会出现系统性能下降的问题,提出一种逆变器开路故障快速诊断方法,以提高永磁同步电机驱动系统的安全性与稳定性.首先,计算逆变器输出的三相电流在静止坐标系a-b下电流的矢量模值.其次,利用矢量模值对三相电流进行归一化处理.然后,以归一化后三相电流的平均值和绝对平均值作为故障特征量并对故障特征量进行运算得到故障检测变量.最后,根据故障检测变量与阈值制定故障诊断规则.此方法暂不考虑电流突变等问题,通过 MATLAB/Simulink仿真分析验证了该方法能够在故障发生后 2 ms时快速诊断并定位出逆变器的 21 种开路故障类型.

Abstract

Aiming at the problem that the performance of the permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system will de-crease when the open-circuit fault of the power switching element occurs,a fast diagnosis method for open-circuit fault of the inverter is proposed to improve the safety and stability of the permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system.Firstly,the vector modulus of the three-phase current output by the inverter in the stationary coordinate system is calcu-lated.Secondly,the three-phase current is normalized by vector modulus.Then,the average value and absolute average value of the normalized three-phase current are used as the fault feature quantity and the fault detection variable is ob-tained by calculating the fault feature quantity.Finally,fault diagnosis rules are formulated according to fault detection variables and thresholds.This method does not consider the problem of current mutation.Through MATLAB/Simulink simulation analysis,it is verified that this method can quickly diagnose and locate the 21 open circuit fault types of the in-verter at 2ms after the fault occurs.
