摘要
机器视觉技术的快速发展为自动化生产提供了保障,消费者产品质量意识的提高对烟草制品的生产提出了更高的要求.介绍了一种机器视觉技术在烟用卷接设备中的应用,研究结果表明机器视觉技术可有效提升烟支产品优质品率,提高生产效率,降低操作工劳动强度.
Abstract
The development of machine vision technology has provided guarantees for automated production,and the im-provement of consumer product quality awareness has put forward higher requirements for the production of tobacco prod-ucts.This article introduces the application of machine vision technology in cigarette winding equipment.The research re-sults show that machine vision technology can effectively improve the quality rate of cigarette products,improve produc-tion efficiency,and reduce the labor intensity of operators.
