摘要
近年来,随着社会的发展,电力公司业务量剧增,电力营业厅为电力用户提供业务办理服务,是电力公司与用户沟通的桥梁.为提高电力业务办理效率,为用户提供更好的业务办理服务,智能联动系统在电力营业厅现场业务办理得到重要应用.基于此,分析电力营业厅建设价值,营业厅现状及发展新要求,研究电力营业厅业务智能联动系统的具体应用.
Abstract
In recent years,with the development of society,the business volume of power companies has increased signifi-cantly.The power business hall provides business processing services for power users,serving as a bridge for communica-tion between power companies and users.In order to improve the efficiency of power business processing and provide bet-ter business processing services for users,the intelligent linkage system has been widely applied in on-site business pro-cessing in the power business hall.This article analyzes the construction value,current situation,and new development requirements of the power business hall,and studies the specific application of the intelligent linkage system for the busi-ness of the power business hall.
