在电力营销中,电力优质服务理念主张"全员、全过程、全方位"参与到以人为本的服务中.在实际应用中,不少电力企业以经营管理手段约束员工本着服务基层、服务一线、服务客户的理念去提质增效,但收效甚微.随着智能电网的发展,智能化、数字化是电力行业未来的发展趋势,仅依靠经营管理手段去优化服务,未免力有不逮.因此,人工智能在电网中的应用是大势所趋.通过梳理电力优质服务理念与人工智能的共通点,分析人工智能在电网中所面临的挑战,并提出相应的提升策略,助力人工智能在电力优质服务中的应用,以提高电力企业的核心竞争力.
Research on the Concept and Improvement Strategy of High Quality Electric Power Service for Artificial Intelligence
In electric power marketing,the concept of high-quality electric power service advocates"all staff,all process,and all aspects"to participate in people-oriented services.In practical applications,many power companies use manage-ment methods to constrain employees to improve quality and efficiency based on the concept of serving grassroots,front-line,and customers,but the results are minimal.With the development of smart grids,intelligence and digitization are the future development trends of the power industry.Relying solely on business management methods to optimize services may not be sufficient.Therefore,the application of artificial intelligence in the power grid is the trend.This article outlines the commonalities between the concept of high-quality power services and artificial intelligence,analyzes the challenges faced by artificial intelligence in the power grid,and proposes corresponding improvement strategies to assist the applica-tion of artificial intelligence in high-quality power services,in order to enhance the core competitiveness of power enterpri-ses.
