在新时代大数据的背景下,电网营销管理正面临前所未有的变革与挑战.大数据技术作为信息技术发展的新阶段,其能力在于处理和分析庞大的数据集,以揭示用户行为模式、优化服务体验,并提高决策的准确性.以大数据技术的发展为出发点,探讨其在电网营销管理中的作用,并从数据采集、客户服务、内部管理等多个角度,提出电网营销管理的优化策略,旨在为电网营销管理的创新和改进提供参考,以适应新时代技术发展的趋势.
Abstract
In the context of big data in the new era,power grid marketing management is facing unprecedented changes and challenges.As a new stage of information technology development,big data technology has the ability to process and analyze large datasets to reveal user behavior patterns,optimize service experience,and improve decision-making accuracy.Starting from the development of big data technology,this article explores its role in power grid marketing man-agement,and proposes optimization strategies for power grid marketing management from multiple perspectives such as data collection,customer service,and internal management.The aim is to provide reference for innovation and improve-ment of power grid marketing management,in order to adapt to the trend of technological development in the new era.
