Research on the Design of Grid Steel Frame Wall Protection for Excavation Foundation of Transmission Lines
One of the main types of transmission line tower foundations is to use undisturbed soil properties, economic and environmentally friendly excavation foundation. In order to ensure the safety of foundation pit operations,cast-in-place wall protection measures are generally adopted. The supporting, pouring, and maintenance processes of the cast-in-place protective wall account for 30% to 50% of the excavation period of the foundation pit.The foundation period is greatly af-fected by the cast-in-place protective wall.At the same time, the maintenance period and demolding time of the cast-in-place protective wall are difficult to control, and the construction quality is not easy to ensure, resulting in high risks in foundation pit operations. In order to shorten the construction period, improve construction safety, and reduce the risk of foundation pit operations,a grid steel frame protective wall that is processed in the factory and assembled on site is pro-posed.As a new type of protective wall, the grid steel frame protective wall has the advantages of shortening the construc-tion period, ensuring project quality, and energy conservation and emission reduction compared to traditional concrete pro-tective walls. This article analyzes the steel frame protective wall of the excavation foundation grid and proposes new in-sights,which have guiding significance for engineering design.
