在当前全球能源结构转型和经济发展模式不断创新的背景下,电力企业的作用愈发显著,而全球能源结构转型和经济发展则对电力企业综合计划管理体系提出较高要求.深入探讨了电力企业综合计划管理体系的关键作用,通过对其综合计划管理体系现状的全面分析,提出相关的优化策略,旨在提升电力企业在快速变化的能源市场中的竞争力.
Abstract
Against the backdrop of the current global energy structure transformation and continuous innovation in eco-nomic development models,the role of power enterprises is becoming increasingly significant.The global energy structure transformation and economic development have put forward high requirements for the comprehensive planning and man-agement system of power enterprises.This article delves into the key role of the comprehensive planning management sys-tem in power enterprises.Through a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of its comprehensive planning man-agement system,relevant optimization strategies are proposed to enhance the competitiveness of power enterprises in the rapidly changing energy market.
