在当前的电力工程领域,施工管理及质量控制的重要性日益凸显.随着技术的进步和工程复杂性的增加,传统的施工管理模式已难以满足现代电力工程的需求,因此深入分析电力施工管理及质量控制中的问题,如施工质量管理体系不完善、现场监督管理不到位以及施工人员专业技能水平参差不齐等,并提出相应的改进措施,包括完善施工质量管理体系、加强施工材料质量控制、强化施工现场监督管理和提高施工人员的专业技能,旨在为电力施工管理和质量控制提供参考.
Abstract
In the current field of power engineering,the importance of construction management and quality control is in-creasingly prominent.With the advancement of technology and the increasing complexity of engineering,traditional con-struction management models are no longer able to meet the needs of modern power engineering.Therefore,the article aims to deeply analyze the problems of power construction management and quality control,such as incomplete construc-tion quality management system,inadequate on-site supervision and management,and uneven professional skills of con-struction personnel,and propose corresponding improvement measures,including improving the construction quality man-agement system,strengthening construction material quality control,strengthening construction site supervision and management,and improving the professional skills of construction personnel,intended to provide reference for power con-struction management and quality control.
