相关电力装备制造企业为提升产能、提高效率并降低劳动力强度,满足用户日益增长的对小批量多品种电力屏柜的需求,对包装工作的效率提出了新的更高要求.探讨了如何通过自动化包装流水线设计解决这一需求,并通过具体的设计方案来实现和提升包装流水线的作业效率和效果.

Abstract

In order to enhance production capacity,improve efficiency,and reduce labor intensity,power equipment man-ufacturing companies have set new and higher standards for packaging work efficiency to meet the demand for small batch and diverse types of power screen cabinets from users.This article mainly explores how to address this demand through the design of automated packaging conveyor systems and implements and improves the operation efficiency and effective-ness of the packaging conveyor system through specific design plans.
