GIS断路器主要由断路器本体、操动机构和传动连杆组成,操动机构通过传动连杆与断路器本体进行连接,一旦传动连杆脱落或变形,就将直接影响断路器的正常分合闸操作.针对一起110 kV GIS断路器传动连杆轴销脱落导致断路器本体无法正常分合闸故障进行了现场检查和原因分析,并根据此次故障提出了对应改进措施.
Analysis and Handling of a 110 kV GIS Circuit Breaker Body Failure to Open and Close Normally
GIS circuit breakers mainly consist of the circuit breaker body,operating mechanism,and transmission link. The operating mechanism is connected to the circuit breaker body through the transmission link.Once the transmission link falls off or deforms,it will directly affect the normal opening and closing operation of the circuit breaker.This article conducts on-site inspection and cause analysis on a 110 kV GIS circuit breaker transmission link shaft pin that fell off,cau-sing the circuit breaker body to be unable to open and close normally.Corresponding improvement measures are proposed based on this fault.
