635 MW机组高压缸倒暖与调门室预暖并行优化

新能源企业的快速发展,为山东电力现货市场带来了较高的消纳成本,火电机组被迫频繁启停进行深度调峰,春秋季火电机组经常出现日内启停情况,不仅对火电机组的安全可靠性提出了极大的考验,也对机组的灵活性提出了更高的要求.通过对DE H系统的逻辑进行优化,把高压缸倒暖与调门室预暖的过程进行同步执行,增加高压缸均热控制的灵活性,达到了缩短机组启动时间,延长机组使用寿命的效果.
Parallel Optimization of Reverse Heating of High Pressure Cylinder and Preheating of Control Valve for 635 MW Unit
The rapid development ofnew energy enterprises has brought higher absorption costs to Shandong power spot market.Thermal power units are forced to frequently start and stop for deep peak adjustment.During the spring and au-tumn seasons,thermal power units often experience daily startup and shutdown situations,which not only puts forward a great challenge for the safety and reliability of thermal power units,but also puts forward higher requirements for the flexibility of the units.In this paper,by optimizing the logic of DEH system,the process of reverse heating of the high pressure cylinder and preheating of the control vavle is carried out synchronously,increasing the flexibility of the heat soa-king control of the high pressure cylinder,and achieving the effect of shortening the startup time of the unit and extending the service life of the unit.
