Abstract
The risk management and application analysis of power grid construction project are deeply studied.Through comprehensive investigation and professional analysis,this paper discusses in detail the technical,market,legal,environ-mental and other risks that may be involved in power grid construction projects,and puts forward the corresponding risk management principles.In addressing risks,the study emphasizes key principles such as foresight,flexibility,full partici-pation,and economics.In practice,it is recommended to establish a sound monitoring mechanism,pay attention to team-work,flexibly adjust the response plan,and effectively record and summarize.
