Research and Analysis of Equipment Condensation in 10 kV Distribution Network Rooms in Zhangye Urban Area and Preventive Measures
Station building equipment plays a crucial role in the 10 kV distribution network,with the function of gathering and secondary distribution of electrical energy.Its positions are located at the line segments,ends,and user boundaries,and have important functions such as transmission,segmentation,ring network,and distribution of electrical energy.In winter in the north,due to the large temperature difference between the inside and outside of the station building,water vapor will be generated on the internal surface and inside the switchgear.As the temperature drops sharply,condensation will occur.The main purpose of this article is to analyze the phenomenon of condensation in station building equipment,and to provide a series of effective measures for operation and maintenance personnel to address the condensation in station building equipment.The main methods adopted are:firstly,to install ventilation windows on the concrete foundation of station building equipment (some old equipment does not have ventilation windows);The second is to place desiccants a-round the equipment in the station building and above the switchgear;Thirdly,strengthen the basic acceptance of equip-ment that has not been put into operation in station buildings.For those that are not qualified,they must be rectified be-fore proceeding to the next step of acceptance;Fourthly,all station building equipment is equipped with temperature con-trol devices,and the secondary room is protected by checking humidity.After adopting the above four methods,the prob-lem of condensation in station equipment has been effectively solved.Provided a safety guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
