In the current rapidly developing society,electricity has become an important resource for daily life and produc-tion.It is precisely because of the diversification and growth of electricity demand that competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.This means that enterprise managers need to fully realize the importance of building a high-quality human resource management system,after all,there are still some problems in the human resource management work of power enterprises in China.On the basis of clarifying the issues,it is necessary to make the light of the knowl-edge-based economy centered on human resources shine more brightly,in order to help enterprises achieve long-term de-velopment and gain a more stable competitive position.This article briefly discusses the human resource management strategies of power enterprises under high-quality development.
