Research on the Construction of Lean Management Model for the Full Process of Power Supply Enterprise Expansion and Installation
In the process of carrying out business expansion and installation,power supply enterprises need to invest a large amount of manpower,material resources,and financial resources.They need to strictly follow the requirements of process management to carry out various work,in order to improve the service level of power supply enterprises and meet the growing electricity demand of customers.In the process of constructing a full process management model for business expansion and installation,it is necessary to adopt scientific and reasonable management methods.Through a lean man-agement model,the overall service level of power supply enterprises can be improved.This article starts with the signifi-cance of lean management throughout the entire process of power supply enterprise expansion and installation,analyzes the problems existing in the entire process of power supply enterprise expansion and installation,and proposes strategies for constructing a lean management model for the entire process of power supply enterprise expansion and installation,in order to provide reference for improving the level of lean management throughout the entire process of power supply enter-prise expansion and installation.
