摘要

以某CPR1000机组蒸汽发生器为研究对象,使用蒸汽发生器热工水力分析程序,基于该机组的历史运行数据,通过比较热功率、蒸汽压力、一次侧平均温度、污垢热阻和堵管率等指标对现阶段蒸汽发生器的热性能进行分析评定,为蒸汽发生器的运维提供建议.性能评价结果表明,目前该CPR1000 机组蒸汽发生器运行良好,能够满足设计要求,但蒸汽发生器的等效污垢热阻略高于设计值,因此需要密切监视蒸汽发生器热工参数的变化,定期分析等效污垢热阻随时间的变化趋势.

Abstract

Taking the steam generator of a certain CPR1000 unit as the research object,the thermal hydraulic analysis program of the steam generator is used.Based on the historical operating data of the unit,the thermal performance of the current steam generator is analyzed and evaluated by comparing indicators such as thermal power,steam pressure,aver-age temperature on the primary side,fouling thermal resistance,and tube blockage rate,providing suggestions for the op-eration and maintenance of the steam generator.The performance evaluation results indicate that the steam generator of the CPR1000 unit is currently running well and can meet the design requirements.However,the equivalent fouling ther-mal resistance of the steam generator is slightly higher than the design value.Therefore,it is necessary to closely monitor the changes in the thermal parameters of the steam generator and regularly analyze the trend of the equivalent fouling thermal resistance over time.
