Electromagnetic Vibration Analysis of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Propulsion Motor
The analytical expressions of permanent magnet synchronous motor radial electromagnetic force are derived according to the Maxwell stress equation,and the sources of radial electromagnetic force of each order and frequency are analyzed and concluded.Taking a 45-slot 10-pole permanent magnet synchronous propulsion motor (PMSPM) as an example,the electromagnetic finite element model and structure finite element model of the motor are established respectively.Then the modal analysis is carried out on the motor.The radial electromagnetic force obtained from the electromagnetic finite element model is coupled to the structural finite element model,so that the harmonic response analysis is performed on the electromagnetic vibration of the motor.Finally,the acceleration spectrum of the prototype is compared with the corresponding finite element simulation result,which have verified the correctness of the radial electromagnetic force analytic expressions and finite element simulation results.
